SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from Nucleus Growth Systems ("we", "us").
What we text you about
If you give us your mobile number and check the text message box on our booking form, we may text you about your inquiry and your free Lead Follow-Up Review. This includes replies to your questions, booking confirmations, reminders before your call and messages about rescheduling. Some replies may be AI-assisted. A person is available any time you ask: reply "human" or email contact@nucleusgrowthsystems.com.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text message box on our booking form at nucleusgrowthsystems.com/book. The box is never checked for you. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not required to book a call or buy anything.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your booked call.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you for texts.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out, and we won't text you again unless you opt in again. You can also email contact@nucleusgrowthsystems.com.

Reply HELP to any message, or email contact@nucleusgrowthsystems.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We don't sell your phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
