This policy explains what information Nucleus Growth Systems ("we", "us") collects through nucleusgrowthsystems.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Checklist sign-up: your first name and email address.
• Review request: your name, email, business type, role, team size, current tools and your biggest follow-up challenge, if you choose to share them.
• Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool, such as your name, email and chosen time.
• Phone number (optional): only if you choose to give it. We text you only if you also agree to receive texts.
• Emails and calls: anything you choose to tell us when we talk.

Information collected automatically

• How you found us: when you submit a form, we include the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (such as the name of an ad or email campaign). This is kept in your browser only for your current visit until you submit a form.
• Analytics, only with your consent: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages visited, general location (city level) and device type. If you decline, analytics does not load.
• Basic server logs: our host may record IP addresses and browser details to keep the site secure and working.

Jarvis and demos

If you talk to or type to Jarvis on this website or on a demo page, we save what you ask, what Jarvis answers, the type of device you used, and whether you clicked to book a call. We use this to reply to you, follow up and improve the service. Your words are processed by our AI provider to create the answers. Voice is turned into text by your own browser, and we don't keep recordings. Jarvis's answers are turned into speech by our voice provider. If you book a call through Jarvis, the name, email and time you give are sent to our scheduling tool to make the booking.

How we use it

• To send the checklist and the follow-up emails you signed up for.
• To reply to you, prepare for and hold your Lead Follow-Up Review, and follow up about it.
• To send texts you agreed to receive, if you gave us your phone number.
• To understand which pages and sources are useful, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
• To meet legal obligations.

Automatic and AI-assisted replies

We use the same kind of system we set up for clients. When you contact us, our system may reply to you automatically, follow up, and book or reschedule your review call. Some of these replies are AI-assisted, and we say so. To do this, the details you send us, such as your message and booking details, are processed by our CRM and AI tools. A person is available any time you ask: reply "human" to any of our messages, or email contact@nucleusgrowthsystems.com. Sensitive questions go to a person. See our AI and Data Use Statement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they use it:

• Website hosting: Hostinger
• CRM, email and text messages: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector)
• Phone calls and text messages: Twilio
• Scheduling: Cal.com
• Analytics, only if we turn it on and only with your consent: Google Analytics
• AI tools for automatic replies and booking: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google (Gemini)
• Jarvis's voice: Fish Audio
• Storage for Jarvis conversations: Supabase

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies if you click "Accept analytics". You can change your choice any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Our scheduling tool may set its own cookies when the booking calendar loads, which are needed for booking to work.

Emails from us

We only email people who ask to hear from us. Every marketing email includes our mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we stop marketing emails within 10 business days, usually much sooner. We may still send messages about a call you booked.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts from us, we use it only for that purpose, such as replies to your questions and reminders about a call you booked. Agreeing to texts is not required to book a call or buy anything. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We don't sell your phone number or share it, or your text consent, with anyone for their own marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS Terms.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information for up to 2 years after our last contact, then delete or anonymize it, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers, limit access to people who need it, and use secure connections (HTTPS). No method is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We won't treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email contact@nucleusgrowthsystems.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. For significant changes, we'll make that clear on this page.
